Labelling facilities and equipment

We have four modern factories across Australia and New Zealand, equipped with leading-edge MIS, pre-press and printing equipment. Our printing technologies include both digital offset and flexographic to allow us to competitively supply short and long run, static and variable work. Our printing and finishing machinery suppliers include HP, Gallus, Mark Andy, Nilpeter, ABG, Prati and Rotoflex.

Prepress and MIS

Utilising CERM’s MIS in conjunction with Esko’s Automation Engine, WebCenter and Web4Labels, we have developed one of the most automated prepress workflows in the industry and with that comes accuracy and speed. WebCenter provides an on-line proof approval system that automatically links into Esko and our MIS system, CERM. This is further linked to Web4Labels, our online client portal. We are continually streamlining and adapting our prepress systems to ensure we provide our clients with the most accurate and convenient option technically available. The knowledge and experience of our prepress team is an integral factor in our deep labelling expertise.

Client engagement model

We have developed an integrated, cross-functional client engagement model to provide excellent service to our clients. We are especially good at servicing large, corporate clients where KPI's and SLI's are measured, reported and managed. Our presentations and regular business reviews led by our two National Sales Managers are thorough and professional.
