Craig Lems
Strategic Account Manager
Joined in 2007
Craig is a Strategic Account Manager with a number of national customers. With extensive sales and sales management experience in the FMCG and beverage sectors his knowledge of these industries, coupled with his detailed understanding of applications and materials, delivers exceptional solutions to our customers. Craig has a supporting and coaching role to some of our Account Management team, and is a dab hand at presenting our regular Business Reviews.
David Mollee
Senior Account Manager

David is the Senior Account Manager for a variety of clients in Queensland, and has special expertise in the meat and poultry sectors. He also looks after our clients in Western Australia, and makes regular trips to the west coast. David's experience and skills are second-to-none and it says it all when we reveal customer compliments about him are frequent!
Eddie Adamsons

Eddie joined us from Adhesif and is based at our Sydney site. His background in packaging, labelling and shrink sleeves, with extensive experience in supplying to major manufacturing and FMCG companies, enables Eddie to add considerable value to our major customers as a Senior Account Manager. We are delighted to have him on our team. Ask him how his last basketball game went (he plays every week) or his love of Utah Jazz.
Lindsay Byrom

Lindsay is the Account Manager for a number of Sydney based customers. Her knowledge of materials helps customers select the best label solution for their needs in FMCG, confectionery, pharmaceutical and chemical environments. If Lindsay is your Account Manager you can be sure you have the entire package - she is intelligent, well-informed, fast, easy to deal with and has a great sense of humour.
Mark Andrews
Strategic Account Manager

Mark is based out of our Sydney site and is the Strategic Account Manager for a number of key customers. Mark joins us with extensive experience in labels and other associated product decoration across Australian and UK/European marketplaces. His most recent role being with MCC in the UK as Key Account Manager. Some of our long standing customers may also remember Mark when he worked at AC Labels prior to leaving for England. Having now returned to Australia with his family we welcome him to the team.

Based in Brisbane Sam is a former Customer Action Team member who now looks after a variety of accounts. Her customer base is varied including artisan food producers, craft beverages, cosmetics and retail. Attention to detail, organisation and tenacity are the key qualities that ensure her clients receive exceptional service.

Steve recently re-located from our Sydney plant to sunny Brisbane and has key responsibilities across many of our national FMCG, food and beverage customers. Steve brings extensive label experience to his customers, he is hard-working, technically astute, and is always exploring ways to deliver a better label solution by utilising his prepress background.

Dean joins the New Zealand sales team with a strong background in Sales, Business Development and Account Management. He has significant experience in packaging, labelling and manufacturing environments having worked in numerous B2B environments. Dean’s role will have an aspect of new customer acquisition in the North Island whilst managing a significant existing customer base. Outside of work Dean is a real outdoors man who loves to spend quality time with his family either kayaking or hiking.
Grace Newton-Topp

Grace started with us in a temp role in our Customer Action Team back in 2015 – over the years she has gained a great knowledge of the labelling industry and shown such passion for our customers that she has now moved into a newly created Internal Account Manager role. We are so pleased for Grace and really excited to see what the future holds for her. Being so energetic she loves to keep herself busy and learn new things, in the last couple of years she has done pottery classes, a silversmith course and is currently learning sign language! That's meritorious if you ask us.

Guy is one of our meat and thermal experts, and looks after many of our regional meat clients across both the North and South Island. Years in the Red Meat Sector means there is very little that Guy hasn’t seen or had to deal with to support the industry and our customers. Nick Shepard

Nick is one of our meat and thermal experts, and looks after many of our regional meat clients. He also has significant wine labelling expertise and travels regularly within the South Island. Nick has exceptional Account Manager skills and inevitably develops deep and comprehensive relationships with his customers. Nick’s idea of heaven is packing up the family in the car and renting a bach at Kaiteriteri Beach, just outside of Nelson.
