By only ever printing the exact amount of inserts or labels required, you can eliminate 100% of the waste through a removal of over production or dropped product. In our experience this solution saves up to 15% of your total labelling spend. Although that's not great for us (!) we are committed to a long term relationship with the meat industry, and the reduction of waste (including waste labels) is part of the bigger picture.
Insti can also save hours a day in insert or label preparation. Rather than batch printing and collating the day’s labels or inserts as a standalone task, our Insti solution moves the printing to the point of application. This completely removes the need for hours of printing preparation every day, increasing efficiency and allowing the saved time to be redirected.
The Insti printer has its own dedicated memory which allows you to load and retain a product file and repeatedly print the same image until another is loaded. This ensures consistency and accuracy and reduces the risk for incorrect labelling on your products.
