SafeSeal™ refers to the coating or varnish we use to protect the premium grade thermal material that our tags are manufactured from. This coating is critical to the food contact compliance of our tags and ensures superior product performance throughout the challenging meat supply chain environment.
Our premium grade thermal material minimises print head wear and provides crisp, dark images for the reliability of barcodes. Hally tags are durable, with resistance to water, plasticiser, oil, and alkaline. They have also been designed to withstand spray chilling and blast freezing.
Our tags will feed consistently through your printer, with low static and minimal abrasion on print heads. They feature an easy tear perforation, are easily tied and have the strength to stay on the carcass.
We developed our metal detectable tag for the meat industry, in order to barcode and trace product further into your production process. Our tag is the only direct thermally printable metal detectable tag on the market, and has been successfully used by both meat processing and ready meal preparation clients. Our metal tag allows greater integrity and safety in the food supply chain.
