Covid-19 update 20 May 2022 | We’re open at all sites as we continue to supply businesses across NZ and Australia.
Our global raw material supply chain is integrated with our local finished goods forecasting and replenishment program. This is seamlessly managed behind the scenes across multiple touchpoints to ensure that as our client you receive the right product, at the right time.
We work directly with paper mills and material manufacturers and can access the best that our supply chain offers. We have partnerships with suppliers across the globe and where appropriate their local distributor networks. This has successfully resulted in many application-specific innovations such as:
By taking a long-term partnership approach to our raw material supply chain we remove variability. This ensures consistency from batch to batch over time. Our organisational commitment to quality is built from our deep understanding of the importance of having the right liner, the right adhesive coat weight and the right top sheet. We use our laboratory to ensure that compliance with specifications is maintained over time and that our clients receive fit for purpose labels.
We maintain stable relationships with our key material partners to provide consistent specifications to our clients. However we are always looking for continuous improvement and qualified alternatives in key material categories as part of our risk mitigation strategy. This reduces our exposure to foreign exchange movements or commodity price spikes allowing us to provide our clients with greater price certainty. Our procurement team continues to work collaboratively with our supply chain partners and across our organisation to benefit our clients.
Our four modern factories across Australia and New Zealand are equipped with leading-edge MIS, pre-press and printing equipment. Our printing technologies include both digital offset and flexographic to allow us to competitively supply short and long run, static and variable work. Our global printing and finishing machinery suppliers include HP, Gallus, Ravenwood, Mark Andy, Nilpeter, ABG, Prati and Rotoflex.
We have sophisticated software and workflow automation for a seamless client experience. Our best-in-breed label software is CERM, Esko, WebCenter and Web4Labels. These four systems are fully integrated and automatically linked, sharing information and workflows for accuracy, speed and convenience. Our configuration is highly developed, constantly refined and industry-leading.
Would you like to tour one of our four modern factories, learn more about how we make labels, and see our leading-edge printing machinery for yourself?
