We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to our clients. To achieve this we have developed an integrated, cross-functional client engagement model.
We have a team of experienced, passionate people that work with our clients, led by our Account Managers and our Customer Action Team. We must not forget our team of experienced, passionate label experts that support our Account Managers and Customer Action Team from behind the scenes - it is our depth of labelling expertise that sets us apart from our competitors.
We are especially good at servicing large, corporate clients where KPI's and SLI's are measured, reported and managed. Our presentations and regular business reviews led by our National Sales Managers, are thorough and professional.
Dedicated Account Managers
Each of our clients has a dedicated Account Manager who has an intimate understanding of their labelling needs. Based out of our Auckland, Brisbane, Christchurch, Melbourne and Sydney offices, they also travel extensively throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Working closely with our clients, our team brainstorm label solutions, forecast demand, manage stock, and ensure your labelling needs are seamlessly met. Our Account Managers have extensive technical knowledge, equipping them to provide our well-known gold star service.
Customer Action Team
Our Account Managers are supported by our Customer Action Team (CATeam). We have team members based in Auckland, Brisbane, Christchurch and Sydney. Our CATeam are an important link to our internal departments, ensuring orders, artwork and jobs run smoothly through our processes.
