General Manager
Joined in 2012
Murray has been head of our New Zealand Sales and Customer Service teams for the last nine years, and in December 2021 became General Manager for Hally Labels New Zealand. He retains responsibility for the Sales and Customer Services teams. He has played a pivotal role in developing and demonstrating our gold star account management model. Murray is a consummate sales professional with 21 years of experience and he has held client-facing and General Management roles with Image Centre, Omnigraphics and Val Morgan (NZ and Argentina). Murray has a Bachelor of Planning (hons) from Auckland University, is a fluent Spanish-speaker and you may notice that he is the most photogenic Hally Labels team member!
Operations Manager (Auckland)

Jason heads operations for our Auckland site where we specialise in digital label printing. Jason is a qualified printer who previously worked at our Brisbane plant before moving back to New Zealand. He is widely known for his innovative and experimental qualities, and has driven the development of a multitude of unique printing, embellishment and production techniques for our business.
Financial Controller NZ

Our NZ finance team based in Christchurch, under Jonathan’s watch, is a smooth-running and valued component of our business. With his prior experience in packaging and retail as a base, Jonathan developed an in-depth knowledge of the intimate workings of Hally and his ability and capacity to contribute across all areas is now substantial. His addition to the Leadership Team in 2018 was earned and welcomed. Jonathan did his B Comm at Otago University, he is a CA and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Customer Action Team Manager

Julia heads up our very strong Customer Action Team. Julia is passionate about Customer Service and is an advocate for all Hally customers within the business. She combines her passion with attention to detail, stringent adherence to process and expert communication. The result is total clarity with no ambiguity ensuring that our customer's requirements are always met and they are always fully informed. Interestingly Julia was a beauty therapist in a previous life and can still be seen doing nails and make-up for the occasional wedding and event.
Operations Manager (Christchurch)

Nick heads operations for our Christchurch site in addition to our Estimating and Quality and Health & Safety teams. Our Christchurch plant is our flexo powerhouse, manufacturing our high-volume work for the New Zealand market. Nick has a strong focus on quality improvement management and plays a key role in managing and developing our various certifications.
Technical Manager

Ryan forms an integral part of our Client Engagement Model, providing technical advice and support both to the business and our sales team. He also manages our Christchurch-based Laboratory, which provides an industry-leading local research and development service for our clients. His background includes prepress and operational experience.
General Manager

Chad leads our operations across our multiple Australian sites and is at the forefront of all pillars of our business. Chad is no stranger to the labels industry having amassed almost 20 years of expertise across our Multi-Color (MCC) Australia Group, and his wealth of operational knowledge has seen him seamlessly integrate the acquisition of the Hally Labels Australia business into the MCC fold. Chad embodies the MCC values and has proven experience in promoting & developing high performing customer-focused culture across his sites resulting in a successful award-winning business that is recognised by industry peers.
Commercial Manager

Tania has operational responsibility across the entire business. Her multi-site portfolio is broad and includes pre-production, manufacturing, logistics, site purchasing and quality. She has expertise in ISO, HACCP and Lean Manufacturing, and is one of our resident CERM experts. Tania has skilfully managed the acquisition of significant pieces of new machinery, and also the integration of new businesses into the Hally fold. Her Operations Management skills are second to none and her high standards are what perpetuates our drive for continuous improvement. Tania has a Master of Business and Technology from the UNSW Australia Business School and the equivalent of a Bachelor of Applied Science from the Auckland Institute of Technology, and in her previous working life she has been a Microbiologist and a Winemaker.
IT Systems Manager ANZ

Adam has responsibility for IT in all it's forms within our company including planning, infrastructure, service levels, IT policy, security and disaster recovery. He also manages our Prepress and Estimating functions in which he holds a great amount of expertise, and whenever we want a complex report or for CERM to do somersaults, he is our top guy. Adam celebrated his 25-year service anniversary with Hally Labels in 2019 and his deep knowledge of our business plus his talent with technology made him a natural choice for this newly-created role.
Customer Action Team Manager

Jessica manages our multi-site Australian Customer Action Team. Based in Sydney, she was a vital member of the team that integrated the Adhesif business into Hally, in February 2021. Jess joined us with a strong background in customer service and team management working in packaging, FMCG and industrial goods with experience in manufacturing and B2B environments. She loves to problem solve, has a beautifully calm approach and is now a key cog in ensuring our customer experience is world class.
Operations Manager (Sydney)

Jason heads up our Operations Team at our Sydney site including the Quality, Health and Safety, and Logistics for the site. He is a Trade Qualified printer with over 35 years' experience, and has been an integral part of our business for over 20 years having joined the ranks back in 1999. Jason oversees both the digital and flexographic print teams in Sydney, and has played an instrumental role in the integration of the Adhesif business back in February 2021 and the launch of our new Distribution Centre later that year. Although he is always wearing multiple hats, Jason is never too busy to help and is a highly respected mentor, and supporter of growth, within our business.
Operation Manager (Brisbane)

Not to be confused with Jason B, Jason C leads our Operations Team at our Brisbane facility and has been responsible for the ongoing growth of the site's flexographic business for over 15 years. Jason has grown up with labels, having completed his apprenticeship back in 1986 in New Zealand on letterpress; his Heidelberg Plattern press is now a museum item! He then transitioned to flexo print technology, and came to Australia as a Production Supervisor before stepping into his current managerial role. He has played a crucial part in developing our Linerless Wraps offer across Australia and New Zealand.
Prepress Manager

Steve is responsible for our multi-site prepress operation. Steve runs a tight ship, having implemented an expert workflow structure for his team in the backend that results in a seamless experience for our customers. He has played a key role in implementing our Online Artwork Management System across our sites, ensuring it is a user friendly platform for all areas of our business, as well as our customers, to use.
Marketing Manager

No one knows our brand better than Danielle. Having started as a marketing assistant in 2007, Danielle has grown with the business to now manage the marketing, communications, digital, brand and insights across our multiple sites. Never one to shy away from a challenge, she has been the driving force behind our high performing marketing strategies that result in successful lead generation activities. Danielle has been a key stakeholder in the development and promotion of our extensive offer and was also instrumental in our recent rebrand to MCC in Australia.

Jeska has recently returned from NZ, back to her Brisbane-based home roots and joined our Australian team to support the strategic direction of our Human Resources operations. Jeska has a solid HR background including experience in change management, IR & ER legislation advisory roles, strategic management, and all things “HR”. She is passionate about partnering with management to create inclusive environments that empower teams and promotes industry-leading experiences for employees and peers.
